1. Kaj so piškotki?
Piškotki so majhne besedilne datoteke, ki se ob obisku spletne strani shranijo na uporabnikovo napravo in omogočajo pravilno delovanje spletne strani ter izboljšanje uporabniške izkušnje.
2. Katere piškotke uporabljamo
2.1 Nujni (obvezni) piškotki
Ti piškotki so potrebni za delovanje spletne strani in jih ni mogoče izklopiti.
Uporabljajo se za:
- delovanje sistema (WordPress),
- varnost,
- prijavo članov,
- delovanje nakupnega procesa (Stripe/WooCommerce),
- shranjevanje nastavitev soglasij.
Pravna podlaga: zakoniti interes upravljavca.
2.2 Analitični piškotki (če bodo aktivirani)
Ti piškotki zbirajo anonimizirane podatke o uporabi spletne strani (npr. število obiskovalcev, trajanje obiska).
Analitični piškotki se aktivirajo samo na podlagi izrecne privolitve uporabnika.
Uporabnik lahko privolitev kadarkoli prekliče.
2.3 Marketinški piškotki (če bodo uvedeni)
Če bo v prihodnje uvedeno oglaševanje ali remarketing, bodo takšni piškotki uporabljeni le na podlagi izrecne privolitve.
3. Upravljanje piškotkov
Ob prvem obisku spletne strani se prikaže obvestilo o piškotkih, kjer lahko uporabnik:
- sprejme vse piškotke,
- zavrne nenujne piškotke,
- prilagodi nastavitve.
Uporabnik lahko nastavitve spremeni tudi v nastavitvah svojega brskalnika.
4. Hramba podatkov
Rok hrambe posameznih piškotkov je odvisen od njihove vrste in namena.
Podrobnosti so dostopne v nastavitvah soglasja za piškotke.
5. Spremembe politike
Upravljavec si pridržuje pravico do spremembe te politike. Spremembe začnejo veljati z objavo na spletni strani.
